About this tracker

hormuz.now is a free, real-time<br>Strait of Hormuz live traffic tracking<br>dashboard. The map shows every tanker, cargo ship and other<br>vessel currently broadcasting AIS in and around the strait –<br>the maritime chokepoint between Iran and Oman through which<br>roughly 20 % of the world's petroleum liquids consumption<br>transits every day.

Use the filters to focus on tankers, cargo, fishing or other<br>categories, click any vessel for its name, MMSI, flag, type,<br>speed, course, length × beam, deadweight and destination, and<br>watch the IMO Traffic Separation Scheme lanes light up live as<br>ships transit the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman and Bandar<br>Abbas approaches.
