I keep seeing founders with solid SaaS ideas stuck at the same point:

They know the problem.

They know what they want to build.

But they don't want to spend thousands upfront on development before knowing whether the idea will actually work.

So I'm experimenting with a different model.

You bring me the idea, workflow, and the problem you're trying to solve.

I'll turn it into a working AI-powered MVP — not just a mockup, but something people can actually use.

The MVP can be designed around your existing knowledge, documents, processes, and references, so the AI can answer questions and perform the actual work instead of being just another chatbot.

And here's the interesting part:

You don't pay upfront.

We agree beforehand on what the finished MVP and success criteria look like.

I build it.

You test it.

You pay after the agreed result is achieved.

I'm looking for 1–2 founders who already have a concrete problem or workflow they want to turn into software.

If that's you, comment "MVP" or send me a message.

I'd rather build something around a real business problem than spend another month building something nobody asked for.
