Open Gemini personal context, tick the Your instructions for Gemini checkbox, then click + Add and paste the prompt.

Paste the prompt into the Instructions for Claude section of your Claude profile.

Not gonna lie, it will be a bit difficult at the beginning. You will have to compose yourself to write your prompts to AI in a more-or-less sane way.
