Sorry if I ever flagged your posts! I just looked at my flagged posts after accidentally clicking flag . You view them at https://news.ycombinator.com/flagged?id=rgbrgb. I have multiple pages of flags and I ve literally never hit that button on purpose. A confirmation dialogue would go a long way.
