This tracks one narrow signal: purchases by members of Congress in industries their<br>own committees have jurisdiction over — an Armed Services member buying a defence<br>contractor. Every member who does it is tracked, whatever their record. Nobody is<br>pre-selected, so there is no hindsight in who appears here.

Why three lines to choose from. The strategy takes every buy a member<br>makes inside their own committee's jurisdiction — nobody is pre-selected, so there is<br>no hindsight in who gets tracked. Equal weight is the headline: one<br>share of attention per name, which is what a reader can actually hold.<br>By size follows the disclosed dollars instead, and lands within half a<br>point of it. Old rule is what this site used to run — the same trades,<br>but only from members whose record was already positive. It is kept on the chart<br>because it lost to the S&P, and removing a filter should not also remove the<br>evidence against it.
