I am working on some HR tech that doesn t really exist today, but does HR matter? I mean it was just 10 years ago when HR was just starting to be measurable, not we have AI, automation, etc. But do founders, CEO s etc. truly care about the function? Is it possible for HR to truly sit at the table?
